About the Organization

The Salisbury-Rowan Community Action Agency, Inc. is proud of its diverse workforce and employs over 300 individuals engaged in various exciting professional, administrative, clerical, skilled and general labor and trades work. The agency has a 15-member board of directors and the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. The agency has six departments responsible for delivery services to the community; Head Start, Finance, Human Resources, Family Services, Career Training & Education Services and Facilities.
